2. What we do

Our goal is to make real-world project management simpler, smarter, and actually enjoyable.

3. Buying from us
- All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK taxes.
- Payments are made securely through our website checkout or by invoice.
- For invoice payments (corporate clients), payment is due within 14 days and before training commences unless otherwise agreed.
- Course materials are delivered by email or download link within 24 hours of payment.

4. Refunds & cancellations
- You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided course materials have not yet been accessed.
- Once course materials are emailed, you’ll be asked to confirm receipt by replying to the email so that a password can be provided to access the files.
- After the password has been sent, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.
- In exceptional cases (for example, duplicate purchase or technical delivery issue), refunds may be considered at our discretion.
- For live or group training sessions, cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice may be rescheduled once without charge.

5. Intellectual property
All course content, visuals, templates, and materials belong to Real World Project Manager Ltd.
You may use them for your own learning or internal business training only.
Reproducing, sharing, or reselling any materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Use of our website
You agree not to misuse our site or interfere with its operation.
We may update, suspend, or remove content at any time to keep things accurate and secure.
