We deliver short, practical training that helps young people build real skills and confidence for the workplace, no jargon, no exams, just real-world know-how.
Our sessions give learners a taste of what project work is really like, how to plan, communicate, and work with others, while building the soft skills that every employer values.
We also include AI-readiness skills showing how to use technology confidently and safely, from time-saving tools to creative problem-solving.
What We Offer
AI Confidence
How to safely use tools like ChatGPT for everyday tasks, check answers for accuracy, rewrite clearer messages, break big tasks into easy steps and practise interview answers with AI.
Workplace Readiness
Basics of planning, organising time and working in a team, understanding responsibilities and expectations, communicating confidently, preparing for interviews without panic and talking about their skills even with no job history.
Transferrable Project Skills
Not taught like corporate PM but in real-life language, covering how to start a small project and see it through, plan simple tasks, stay calm when things change and solve problems without shutting down, all of which builds confidence, communication and employability skills.
